Rachel and Esther are more than business partners — they’re like sisters.

After sending their children off to college, they found themselves with a little more time to explore what they truly loved. What started as shared hobbies soon became something deeper: studying, creating, and enjoying Korean baking, drinks, food, and wine together.

Those moments — learning, tasting, laughing, and creating — became the heart of Gavi.
